Adhoc On Site Technical Resource

EACS engineers work on-site with customer staff in a number of ways.
 
For some customers, we act as their IT department, doing all IT related tasks, and taking overall responsibility. For other customers, individual engineers are asked to join existing customer IT teams to bring specific product, technology, analysis or project management skills to bear.
 
For many customers, we deliver a combination of the two – taking responsibility for defining, designing and planning the project, then doing periodic consulting days during the delivery phase, or alternatively; consulting days during project definition and longer term work to deliver the actual project work.
 
The scope of our engineering work can be from one day up to several months, and can be strategic, problem/change specific, project related, or simply to cover your peaks in demand.
 
Our on-site engineers receive training from our key vendors on new products, and established best practice for deployment and troubleshooting, and the wide range of clients and industries we work in mean that we have a diverse array of experience to call upon in creating solutions.
