This course has been written to give people a practical introduction to Macintosh Support and Troubleshooting in a real-world commercial or educational setting.
This course aims to give a thorough grounding in Apple technologies, with the aim of enabling the delegate to return to their employer armed with practical knowledge to successfully support Macintosh computers.
This course is unique in that it covers Hardware, Software, Networking and Operating System in a single integrated course, and has been written to teach people exactly what they need to know to support Apple products in a real-world environment.
The course is run by practising engineers from the support arm of our company, who have learnt from experience the best hints, tips and tricks needed to successfully and efficiently support Macs. This experience is passed on in a friendly and approachable manner.

The course finishes with a series of practical troubleshooting exercises that are not only fun and informative, but help reinforce the skills learnt on the course.
Collateral and Free On-Going Support
We firmly believe that our courses should be a “Password to Learning”. For this reason, we will provide 3 months free eMail and Skype technical support to the delegates to assist in them applying their new-learnt skills.
If they come across an issue they need help with, they will be welcome to contact us for advice or help. In addition each delegate will be given a CD containing Diagnostic tools and resources they have used over the course of their attendance, along with a course manual to take away.
