The Challenge - The organisation needed to review their legacy Citrix environment (Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 software running on Windows 2003 server) as their current solution was not being used to its full potential with application issues and an infrastructure restricted to providing remote access for corporate applications. They also wanted to ensure they had a disaster recovery solution.

The Solution - EACS upgraded the solution to two new XenApp 6.5 farms running on Windows Server 2008 R2. This was deployed within two datacenters with a Citrix Access Gateway appliance in each farm configured to provide secure remote access from any internet connected device. This provides resiliency and a disaster recovery solution.
