In addition to having excellent communication skills, our course tutors have many years of training experience, extensive technical expertise and a sound awareness of the needs of business users.
Small Classes
In order to ensure that each trainee gets the necessary level of attention class sizes are kept small, normally no more than six delegates.
We can tailor any private/closed, learning seminar or one-to-one course to meet your requirements which enables you to get the best from your training and even more return on your investment.
Learning Seminars
If you wish to provide a “Show and Tell” training session or an “Introduction & Overview” of a product or application for a large number of people, Learning Seminars are ideal. Due to the nature of some products and applications, this format of training is not always suitable so please talk to us to discuss your requirements in full if you are looking to consider this option.
Skills Transfer
Where your training requirements need to be more customised to your own specific needs or undertaken on your own equipment in your own environment, EACS can offer Skills Transfer sessions. These are typically informal one-to-one sessions with the trainer.
These are undertaken by EACS technical staff with both outstanding technical ability and experience as well as very good communications skills.
We can customise these sessions to fit your exact needs so that you extract the maximum benefit from the time spent by your staff in these sessions.
