Further to my communications on COVID-19 and in the wake of the Government’s announcement last night of further restrictions to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus), eacs is:
As you know we have been deploying our remote working continuity plan and as of today that is now complete. As part of that plan, we have taken the decision to restrict the use of our physical offices to our workplace recovery obligations and supply chain activities only.
It is testimony to our staff’s dedication that we have achieved this with no disruption to our service and in fact have dealt with a significant increase in requests and calls from our clients as we have deployed the plan. We have also, at short notice, acquired and deployed laptops, implemented virtual desktop solutions, stood up cloud services all in support of our client’s urgent COVID-19 mitigation plans.
We will continue to be in contact with you to support your needs through these unprecedented times, helping to source products, deliver projects and fix issues.
Our priority remains the health and safety of your staff, our employees and suppliers. We have procedures in place to deal with any eventuality and working together we will make IT work!
