Continually Improving being the core area. Without being able to continually improve we would not be able to achieve the rapid growth we have had or to maintain the high standards for our Clients

I’d highly recommend that they apply. It’s honestly a great company to work for with even better people to work with. They’re constantly having events and changing things around to make the workplace even better; it really does feel like they greatly care about their people.
There a quite a few big events throughout the year as well as regular team nights out that bring everyone together for a good time.
EACS has helped me to Identify the areas of IT that I really want to pursue. Getting on all the different courses I’ve been on, and gaining different qualifications, has given me some fantastic insight into what I want to do in my career.
It’s definitely a ‘work hard play hard’ culture. You’re expected to try your hardest as would be expected anywhere, but at EACS you’re really well-rewarded and treated – something which I’m sure isn’t always the same at other companies. It’s a great working environment and everyone is so friendly and helpful.
I really enjoy working within the teams. It’s a massive and constantly growing environment with so many interesting avenues to go down. Being an apprentice, I learn lots in different areas of work.
Learning & Developement
Over recent years EACS has grown and now employs over 130 extremely talented employees across all of our business areas. We believe that this period of growth has been achieved by committing to continue to invest in professional qualifications, both technical and non-technical, of our team.
At EACS the company’s core values and principles are at the heart of everything we do. We conduct our own mandatory training programmes and arrange for the entire company to attend. This training includes behavioural training, conflict management and is linked to our fundamental core values; integrity, accountability, respect and quality.
Every element of our training programme has been designed specifically to not only enhance their skills professionally, but also personally, which they can go on to use in other areas of their lives, not just at work.
We encourage staff development and training at every level. Any employee can take up to 5 days paid study leave a year to assist towards any training they are completing, whether this be internally or externally. Any external training the employee is undertaking can be part funded by the company to support their personal and professional development.
We understand as a business the value diverse cultures, backgrounds and abilities can bring to an organisation. As such we have a robust Equal Opportunity and Diversity Policy, which demonstrates how EACS is committed to prevent, reduce and stop all forms of unlawful discrimination in line with the Equality Act 2010. In accordance with this mantra, we ensure that our recruitment, terms and conditions of employment, development, pay, training, promotion are determined on the basis of capability, qualifications, experience, skills and productivity.
