At eacs we are passionate about employee wellbeing and ensuring we offer a fantastic benefits package to enhance everyone’s employment with us. Our Benefits package cover a number of areas, all of which have been asked for by our staff through our Staff Survey. These have included areas such health & Well Being and discounted Cinema Tickets and has seen our package increase to allow individuals to choose form over 16 separate options.


Learning & Development

Over recent years eacs has grown and now employs over 130 extremely talented employees across all of our business areas. We believe that this period of growth has been achieved by committing to continue to invest in professional qualifications, both technical and non-technical, of our team.

At eacs the company’s core values and principles are at the heart of everything we do. We conduct our own mandatory training programmes and arrange for the entire company to attend. This training includes behavioural training, conflict management and is linked to our fundamental core values; integrity, accountability, respect and quality.

Every element of our training programme has been designed specifically to not only enhance their skills professionally, but also personally, which they can go on to use in other areas of their lives, not just at work.

We encourage staff development and training at every level. Any employee can take up to 5 days paid study leave a year to assist towards any training they are completing, whether this be internally or externally. Any external training the employee is undertaking can be part funded by the company to support their personal and professional development.
