Client Executive Manager - Huntingdon

Job Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving all sales and performance targets set in line with the Company objectives with the highest degree of professionalism and efficiency. Full training will be given. In addition accounts will be allocated to help with the success of this candidate in the early months of this exciting role.

Main Duties:

  • Ensuring communication to customers is kept professional, either via email or phone calls
  • Responding to customer requests promptly, either by email or phone calls
  • Cold calling may be required
  • Ensure proactive call outs are made to promote webinars and Optimise events
  • Manage the CRM system to ensure good communication and knowledge sharing about clients through good record keeping
  • Attend all training sessions required by the company to continue personal development
  • Visiting vendor sites for call out days
  • Have knowledge and understanding of the businesses proposition
  • Being able to understand the customer needs and tailor to their needs
  • Attend ad hoc offsite meetings when required
  • Ensure you achieve your set annual targets for both margin and annuity services.
  • Develop and maintain an accurate margin forecast and robust pipeline in order to achieve target.
  • Assist the company to grow its annuity income stream by maximising all potential annuity opportunities within your current and future client base
  • Use robust questioning at all levels within a Client to fully understand the business needs to ensure that suggested applications of technology are relevant and valuable
  • Build and nurture relationships on multiple levels within the client portfolio. Extending the relationship across hierarchy levels within Clients
