Transition Project Manager - Huntingdon, London, Remote

eacs is continuing to grow and as a result needs a Transition Project Manager.

The transition project manager is accountable for the overall project delivery processes including stakeholder communications, financial management, resource management, project planning, risk/issue management and project closure. Lead responsibility for a portfolio of projects ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and meeting all quality targets. The primary responsibility for this PM will be to transition new customers and projects into our service desk but also to manage internal and customer facing projects.
